Do you offer local collection?
Yes – we offer free local collection from our Jersey address. Select this option at checkout and we’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient time and place to collect your items.
How long will my item(s) take to make before they are shipped?
Every item in the shop is handmade by me, which means some pieces take a little longer to create. Most items are made and ready to ship within 1-2 weeks, though customised or more detailed pieces (such as certain tote bags) may take 2-3 weeks.
Can I request a custom order?
Any items that are customisable are detailed on each product page. If you don’t see what you’re after, please send us a message via the Contact page and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Is your packaging gift-friendly?
Yes! All orders come wrapped in tissue and tied with raffia, ready to gift. If you’re sending it directly to a recipient, you’re welcome to email us to leave a short note – we’ll include it if we can.
